All content, designs, and materials provided on this website are the exclusive property of Crystafine. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance. Pricing may change without notice due to material costs. A 50% advance payment is required before production, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion. Picture proof will be provided to confirm production.

3. Custom Designs

Customers must approve the sample before bulk production begins. Any modifications requested after approval are free of charge but may extend production timelines.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two delivery options: standard (8–10 business days) and express (4–7 business days). All shipments are sent with tracking IDs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom patches, returns and refunds are not accepted unless a product is defective or an error occurs in production. Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crystafine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
